A partner of mine back in 2024 introduced me to the folks at Mencor's Tree Service. Khelvin, the owner, was in the market for a custom illustration for his brand to be featured on t-shirt, flyers, A-frames, and magnet calendars to promote brand for the annual harvest festival in Wendell, NC & in Clayton, NC for 2025. The challenge for this past years project was to create a t-shirt graphic that included their service trucks and his dog, Apollo, all while coming up with and tying into other elements and objects that they utilize on a daily basis to be featured in the illustration. Machinery, such as a wood chipper, a barn, a vintage-style truck, logs, trees, and their logo.
